My love for real estate began when I purchased my first home in Ohio in 1993, through owner finance and it needed a total rehab. I worked on this home for 3 months before moving my family into it. After taking the time to work on my credit, I was able to achieve traditional financing allowing me to capture the dream of many. Since then, I have remodeled, fixed, and flipped numerous homes. I even offer some of the homes back to the community rent to own. In 1992, after graduating from Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK, I began working as an Aircraft mechanic for Continental Airlines. From there I established French Trucking in 1997 in Ohio and eventually, I relocated French Trucking and my family to Pensacola Fla. in 2000.

These programs cost between $4500 to $5300. This gives young men and women the ability to come out with high earning powerful jobs.
